Bringing joy and support: Christian Motorcyclists Association’s annual visit

We are thrilled to share the heartwarming moments from this year’s annual visit of the Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) to Abraham Kriel Children’s Home on 24 June. With this special outreach they supported our home and brought smiles and joy to 170 children, providing them with a day they will cherish forever.

The CMA, known for their dedication to community service and their love for motorcycles, organised this incredible event to celebrate and uplift the spirits of our children. They generously donated birthday money to each child, ensuring that their special day is filled with joy and excitement. The children’s eyes sparkled with delight as they received their gifts, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

The day began with a delicious lunch prepared by the dedicated staff at Abraham Kriel Children’s Home Nylstroom.

Following the lunch, the highlight of the day awaited the children  ̶  the opportunity to experience the thrill of a ride on the motorcycles. The children lined up eagerly, their faces filled with anticipation; a mix of excitement and nervousness in the air. The skilled CMA riders gently lifted the children onto their motorcycles, and their pure joy was unmistakable as the children felt the wind on their faces during the ride.

This outreach event was more than just a day of fun and enjoyment; it was a testament to the power of community and compassion. The Christian Motorcyclists Association’s dedication to supporting vulnerable children and their commitment to making a positive impact were deeply felt and appreciated by everyone at Abraham Kriel Children’s Home Nylstroom.

We want to sincerely thank the members of the CMA for their support and generosity. Their unwavering dedication means the world to us and has brought much joy to our children. It reminded us of the importance of coming together to uplift and care for those in need.

Think back to this day, we realise the importance of community, love and support. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children, providing them with hope, happiness and a brighter future.
