On Saturday, 1 March, a proper celebration took place at the Abraham Kriel Children’s Home in Nylstroom. Not only did we commemorate the birthday of the home’s founder, Rev. Abraham Kriel, but we also hosted an enormous joint birthday party for all 170 children in our care. Just imagine – 170 candles on a cake!

The day was made even more festive with colourful balloons and confetti, and the children enjoyed the most delicious cake and cupcakes. Each child also received a party pack.

Our heartfelt thanks go to everyone who donated or contributed in any way to make this day possible and special for our children. It was undoubtedly a day they will remember for a long time.
